Here's mine Mel:
Scallopped potatoes(with cauliflower or broccili mixed in) and chicken breasts(oven)
Chicken with a chinese accent(an awesome recipe if anyone wants it), potatoes and vegies.
Onion fried rice with macaroni salad.
Orange potatoes(just potatoes with carrots:) and sausage
Right now: new potatoes cooked with butter and salt, beans out of the garden and hot dogs in sauce(if you don't know what else to make with it and you're in a hurry).
Potato salad and kidney beans with fried onions and bacon.

Thanks for posting this, Mel. Tonight we had Shepard's Pie - the easy way... ground beef with shep. pie clubhouse mix, layer of canned corn, instant mashed potatoes done in the microwave, chili powder, shredded cheese. It only takes about ten minutes to make. And we had it with buns. So easy and very yummy!

Is that all for one meal, Mel?

All for one meal??? Who's asking anyway!? This question must be coming from someone who has seen me eat...U.Gary???

That would be one fabulous meal if I was pregnant. :O) But I'm not so we'll stick with reasonable portions.

My favourite meal lately is Pork Tenderloin marinaded in BBQ sauce wrapped in tinfoil on the bbq with baked potatoes also wrapped and on the bbq with our veggie of choice ( by my kids) corn. Also I always like to add a salad if i have time.

Chicken spaghetti
taco lasagna
beef stroganoff
oven baked fish fillet with rice/veggies
soft chicken tacos & quesidillas for the kids
miracle chicken skillet (Kraft recipe)
Tonight we'll have bbq chicken legs with bbq'd potatoes/veggies cuz I don't want the oven on!
hmmm...I think I like chicken :-)
I usually rotate: pork, chicken, beef and rice, noodles, potatoes. Friday night is pizza or mexican and Saturday is hamburgers.
Thanks for the good ideas!
