Fun pictures! Another great scrapbooking page in the works! :0) You're very brave to take all your kids picking with you - teach them young, I guess! I use my 3 kids as an excuse for why I don't go picking strawberries - I'd rather just pay a bit more and buy them pre-picked - maybe I'm just lazy... haha! :0)
It sure looks like the girls had a blast! I'm surprised to see how many strawberries you were able to take home, considering it looked like the girls ate most of them;D
The best way? No idea. I just cut them in half and add a spoonful of sugar. Some people freeze them whole on cookie sheets and then bag them but I don't know why...they'd be mushy either way-maybe they do that so the berries don't clump together but they'll 'unclump' when you thaw them anyway.

Oh, my mouth is watering for a fresh stawberry daiquiri...
those look like delicious strawberries!
Wow! Looks like you had lots of "help"!! Do you freeze them or do you make jam too?
I do both but I haven't done jam yet this year.

the ones I picked were so small you couldn't even cut them in half. I think we got a crummy row!
